Another excuse for me to post lots of APOD photos, meheheheh.
It's semi ridiculous how many outfit pictures I have saved and haven't posted yet. Will get to that when I have time on my hands. Right now I'm really busy enjoying summer by renting movies and sleeping. I am a woman with priorities, damnit.

Gorgeous photogs-- and your priorities are TOTES in line: for me, summer is a time for unhealthy amounts of fruit by the foot and a whole heck of a lot of Miami Vice :)

The top image is actually of an object called the Eagle Nebula. (Rotate it 90 degrees clockwise to see the eagle-ish shape).

Before Hubble the best images just showed a dark shape that actually does look sort of eagle-like, kind of, in a way.

This sort of thing is so 'on trend' now isn't it? Like with Bat for Lashes and Little Boots loving this sort of starry graphics.
Hmmmmmm, personally I had all the posters from the 'universe collection' that I got free from the paper all over my bedroom wall about 10 years ago. Stars will always be in style, Im glad you have been giving them the props they deserve for so long!

Last time I had my hair cut short I ended up looking like Jodie Foster in the original 'Freaky Friday' and had had this weird Elizabethan fringe think that I could NOT pull off.
I cried for a while.

I LOVE the box on you head.

Thanks so much for the tip-off about this glorious website...I cannot wait to trawl through all those beautiful galaxy images. So stunning (and scarily on trend at the moment)...shamefully I haven't visited you as much as I should have recently, but that will now change. xx
