tiny epiphany

This beautiful Giambattista Valli AW09 dress
Spilled car oil rainbow.

AM I RIGHT LADIES? And this is obvz said with the best of intentions. I always like to stare at the ground when we have to stop for gas.

  1. Hey Tavi I'm a newcomer to your blog, may I just say that your taste is beyond awesomeness, especially for your age. Great eye spotting the Giambattista 'oil spill' reference. I reckon that print would make a great loose tank or leggings. Something like what Michael Angel does.

  9. You're right, the print is totally an oil spill. I'm actually kind of loving the black/rainbow/oilspill stuff lately. There's this new Gucci ad campaign with a bag that's oil spill-esque, and the McQueen clutches, and ummm my most recent pair of sunglasses are totally oil spill status when looked at in the right light and angle.

  10. agree.
also agree that it is amazing to see grown men walking around my university (in australia) wearing your t-shirt, like i did this morning.

  12. Oh man, I used to looooove looking at those "gasoline rainbows" (gratuitous Simpsons reference!). Then I became an environmentalist and they started to freak me out.
