    The inspiration for this is definitely a performance artist named Leigh Bowery and an artist character named "Vulva" (played by David Walliams of Little Britain fame) on one of the most brilliant television series in the UK of the last 90's, early 00's, SPACED.

    Starring Simon Pegg and Jessica Stevenson and directed by the oh so influenced Edgar Wright (of Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, etc.
