have you read the book? nine stories is one of my absolute favorite books. salinger is best when you're young. if I hadn't started reading him when I was your age, I don't think I would like him now. love these.

Love it! Maybe the mood is old-meets-new? With the old book and the old Coke bottle (ah, the pre-plastic days...), juxtaposed (is that the right word? only one I can think of right now) by the NEW Miu Miu shoes that sort-of have a futuristic-y feel to them.

Just the very, VERY, VERYVERYVERY amateur thoughts of someone totally new to this stuff.

yep, looks kinda vintage to me too. throw in a little sand, add some sunglasses and a straw hat - Zing - you can feel the breeze. and even the sun, 'cause all these different colours create a somewhat kaleidoscopic effect.
