  11. Hello Tavi! I was reading stylecaster and in one of their posts they were interviewing a fashion blogger. When asked what her favorite blogs were, one of the names she listed was yours. She said: “how cool is Tavi? Seriousely, I want to hang out with her.” Here’s a link: http://www.stylecaster.com/blog/2008/11/Confessions-Of-A-Web-Stalker-Sea-of-Shoes/675
You may already be aware of this, but I thought I’d tell you just in case.

And in other news, (I’m not quite sure how to say this without sounding like an over-enthusiastic fangirl, but…) you’re awesome, as is your blog!

  12. Whoops! Forgot to give the credit link.
Blanca Segura-That's tough...I don't think I'll try for a career in fashion, but at this point in time I would love to be either a teacher, screenwriter, or actress...geez pretentious much? I get asked it quite often so I think I'll just do an FAQ eventually and be more elaborate then.

  13. The last and second to last are my favorites.
But I really just like all the dark, or smudged ones.
theyre more vague and mysterious, and leave a lot to the mind.

  14. Thanks, Tavi. I was curious...I'm sure you'll do many interesting things. You already are!

Have you looked at the work of photographer Cindy Sherman? If not I'll bet you'd enjoy it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6MyCErU2Y0

Her aesthetic reminds me a bit of yours, plus she's quite good at taking her own portraits...
